Paper Trading
UI shell onlyOrder placement disabledThe intended IBKR Paper connection state, and the shape the order ticket will take when — and only when — order placement is implemented and explicitly approved. Nothing on this page can send anything to a broker.
This application contains no code that can transmit an order to Interactive Brokers or to any other broker. The panel below is a layout placeholder: its controls are permanently disabled, there is no form, no submit handler and no order endpoint behind it. Enabling it is a separate milestone that requires explicit approval from the account owner first.
Until then, treat every number produced by this platform as research output. The ranking and the model portfolio describe what a rules-based process would have selected; acting on them is a decision a person makes in their own broker, deliberately.

Order ticket — permanently disabled
Layout placeholder for a future milestone. No control here is wired to anything.
These buttons have no click handler and no endpoint. They are disabled in markup and unimplemented in code.
Before an order panel could ever be enabled
- Explicit, recorded approval from the account owner to enable order transmission.
- A backend order router with an audited, replayable log of every request and response.
- Pre-trade risk checks: position limits, notional caps, duplicate-order and fat-finger guards.
- A verified TWS Paper session — TWS is not installed on this machine, so nothing can connect today.
- A kill switch that disables transmission without redeploying the frontend.
Positions shown are model output only. This application never transmits an order to IBKR or to any broker.
Deterministic ranking output from public SEC XBRL filings and IBKR prices. For research and education only. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
